Our Story
We're originally from Denver, Colorado and made the big move to Tampa, Florida during Christmas in December 2023. The moving process was certainly not easy, but it had to be done. And it is actually what inspired our Real Estate journey.

We had a difficult experience during our home buying process. We dealt with a lot of inexperienced professionals and we are still paying for the repercussions to this day. However, rather than feeling bitter towards the situation we want to right the wrongs and help families buy affordable homes that they fall in love with. We work with dependable and honest vendors such as Lenders, Title Companies, Roofers, Handymen, etc.
